Tariffs
These are subject to change without notice. All rates are inclusive
of GST.
Bookings and Deposits
To secure your booking, Nautilus Accommodation Apartments requires
a deposit of the first nights accommodation. This money is due by
credit card immediately. The balance outstanding is payable upon
departure by cash or credit card. Cheques accepted by prior arrangement.
Check in Times
Check in time is 2pm on the day of arrival. Check out time is
10am on the day of departure.
Cancellations
Any amendments or cancellations of a booking must be made at least 15 days prior to arrival date for a refund of your deposit less a $50 admin fee.
50% refund of the total booking if the cancellation request is received 14-3 days prior.
NO REFUND if cancellation request is received less than 3 days prior OR in the event of non arrival.
Guests who reduce length of stay once in house will not receive a refund on nights booked & paid.
Re-booking
To secure a booking for the same period next year a reservation
must be completed on departure and the deposit paid within 14 days
of the booking being made or the booking shall lapse.
Cleaning and linen charges
For bookings of 8-14 days there will be a linen change mid-way
through the stay. For bookings of over 14 days there will be a linen
change weekly. Additional cleaning and linen changes can be arranged
for a small additional charge.
Daily Service
All units are available with a daily service and towel change for
an additional fee. Please advise when booking if you would like
these extra services.
Pets
To abide by the local health regulations, no pets are allowed
into rental accommodation.
